This is our Payment policy. it is contain 3 parts.                                                                      

  1.General Terms & Conditions                                                                                                                          

 Please be aware that any changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances might result in an increase in pricing.

* Meals are European/ local cuisines with daily normal buffet breakfast at hotel. You should advise us if any special food preferences, allergies, or dietary requirements at least one (1) week prior to the arrival date.

* Advanced registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in.

Otherwise, entrance may be denied by customs authority.

* Check in time: after 14h00 – Check out time: before 12h00 at noon

* The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to local traffic situations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances or local authority decision.                                      

Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd reserves full rights to replace all items with same values for guests.

2.Payment Policies                                                                                                                           

You are required to pay a deposit of 40% of the total package cost per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed (please note that increased deposit requirements may be applied for some trips). All deposit is non-refundable, in the event of payment default on the deposit schedule, Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd reserves the right to release confirmed services. Except as otherwise, agreed by Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd, the final payment or the balance is required 10 days before arrival. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due date, Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd reserves the rights to treat your booking as canceled. If your booking is made within 10 days to your arrival date then the full amount is required at the time of booking. Except as otherwise agreed by Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd.

3.Cancellation Policies                                                                                                                                                        

All cancellations should be made in writing prior 1 month (30 days) to arrival date and should be acknowledged by Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd, cancellation fees will be charged as bellows,

* 15 days to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice charge

* 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charge

* For any no show will be fully charged of total invoice charge.

* Reduction in the number of passengers against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.

* Postponement or changes of dates against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.

Both Lion Mark Travels and Tours (PVT) Ltd and clients are deemed to have read, understand, and accepted the above.
